Daniel Anthony, President of Trade Partnership Worldwide, directs the research activities of the firm. He specializes in identifying and explaining the local impacts of trade – both exports and imports – on American companies and workers. Anthony advocates on behalf of companies that depend on global supply chains, including as Executive Director of the Coalition for GSP.
Numerous national publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, CNN, Bloomberg, have quoted Anthony on these issues. Anthony holds M.A. and B.A. degrees in international affairs from The George Washington University.

Laura M. Baughman, Senior Fellow of Trade Partnership Worldwide, LLC, assists in the research activities of the firm. She has testified before various U.S. government agencies regarding the likely impacts on competitiveness of prospective or actual trade policies.
Baughman prepares the economic analysis required for countervailing duty and antidumping complaints, Section 201, 301 and 332 investigations. Baughman holds degrees in economics from Georgetown (1977) and Columbia (1978) Universities.

Dr. Joseph F. Francois, Senior Fellow of Trade Partnership Worldwide, LLC, provides the economic analysis that drives in-depth trade analysis and research studies of the firm. Dr. Francois is professor of economics at the University of Bern, Department of Economics, and Managing Director of the World Trade Institute in Bern.
He holds senior positions with the Centre for Economic Policy Research, the Global Trade Analysis Project, the European Trade Study Group, the Institute for International Development Economics, and the Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies, among many others. He was the Director of the Office of Economic and Chief of Research at the U.S. International Trade Commission. Dr. Francois holds a PhD in economics from the University of Maryland (1988) and graduate and undergraduate degrees in economics from the University of Virginia (1982 and 1983).
